Sat & Sun Closed
Mon - Fri 09.00 - 13.00 14.00 - 17.30
It is our policy for each patient to see one dentist on a continuing basis. However, if this is not possible for any reason, suitable alternative arrangements will be made for you to see someone within the practice.
Your appointments are reserved for you and we do not double book.
We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason. Please be patient.
If you have to cancel an appointment we require, whenever possible, 24 hours notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements - perhaps to see someone in pain. We appreciate that events beyond your control can happen.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give ample notice so that your time can be offered to another patient.
Patients who habitually break, cancel or arrive late for appointments risk being refused further appointments. In the case of NHS patients, the practice reserves the right to withdraw NHS services.
An administration fee may be charged for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We will do our best to fill late cancellation spaces to avoid charging this fee.
A deposit may be required for appointments of 1 hour or longer to cover our running costs in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
